After 3 days of heavy rain, strong winds and foggy, misty air, the direction of wind has finally changed on Pico Island.
The air has been washed clear.
I am standing at the open balcony door, looming into the night.
I take a deep breath of the mild breeze which is filled with a sweet fragrance of flowers. Ginger Lily...unmistakable.
The sky sparkles with bright stars and I can see the milky way with the naked eye.
